Job Position:
As an HVAC Draftsman, you will be required to develop specifications and instructions for the installation of all HVAC equipment in an MEP Project site.
Detailed responsibilities will be as follows:
– Design and draft various HVAC, drawings
– Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, Isometric drawings, and pressure drop calculations.
– Preparation of HVAC builders work, Roof builders work, below rise floor coordination, and sleeve drawings. (Specially AC Systems)
– Preparation of Co-ordinations drawings connecting all HVAC works
– Understand the HVAC legend as per standard HVAC drawing.
– Prepare Quantity Survey, Material Take-Off of the building.
– Prepare As-Built drawing, Co-coordinating with the site installation.
– Report to Project Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager and update with the specification provided in tender drawings.
Requirements
– Ideally, you should have ITI or any other relevant certification from any recognized institution. (AutoCAD Latest Version)
– You must have 3 -5 Years of relevant experience in the MEP/ HVAC industry.
