Duties and Responsibilities:

– Lead the execution of BMS projects, applying in-depth knowledge of BMS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
– Develop, configure, and test BMS software programs and graphical user interfaces (GUIs).
– Review, size, configure, and validate control panels to ensure proper system functionality and compliance with specifications.
– Integrate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV systems into the BMS platform for centralized monitoring and control.
– Select, supervise, and oversee the installation of field devices such as sensors, actuators, and controllers in accordance with project requirements and standards.
– Supervise cable pulling, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of DDC and PLC panels.
– Provide hands-on technical support to site engineers and technicians during installation and commissioning activities.
– Attend site inspections, testing, and commissioning sessions with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
– Prepare, review, and approve engineering documentation, including Method Statements (MAS), System Architecture Diagrams, Control Schematics and General Arrangement (GA) Drawings.
– Wiring Diagrams for DDC and PLC panels.
– Carry out quantity take-offs, technical evaluations, estimates, and engineering studies to support project execution and cost control.
– Plan and monitor execution activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in line with approved schedules.
– Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve project milestones and timely deliverables.
– Identify technical issues, execution risks, and constraints, and implement corrective actions promptly.
– Lead and guide BMS engineers, programmers, and technicians to ensure consistent quality and performance.
– Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during execution and commissioning phases.
– Provide regular progress updates and technical reports to the Head of Aftermarket.
– Perform any other tasks within the scope of competence as assigned by the Head of Department or delegated authority.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
– Proven experience in execution of BMS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
– Strong working knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and ELV systems.
– Demonstrated experience in site execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
– CRPEP license is a must.
