Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the workshop team in preparing materials such as GI sheets, flanges, and duct accessories for daily fabrication work.
• Support the fabrication of HVAC ducts (rectangular and round) through cutting, assembling, and organizing components.
• Maintain proper duct tagging to ensure all fabricated items are clearly identified and traceable.
• Prepare and verify delivery notes for materials dispatched to project sites.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist in basic quality checks to ensure ducts meet required specifications and standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of duct sections to avoid damage before delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the workshop area.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure consistent use of PPE.
• Support basic coordination of maintenance activities for workshop machinery when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Experience in an HVAC duct fabrication workshop or similar environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of ducting materials, fabrication processes, and workshop practices.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) for documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
