TRADING
In addition to being a Grade A Contractor, we also supply air-conditioning units for project requirements. We offer a wide range of air-conditioning products including Hi-Wall Split AC units, Ducted Splits and Packaged units, VRF systems, Chiller Units and much more. Our team of engineers are also dedicated to providing a thorough consultation, design to installation, maintenance and after-sales support in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
SERVICE
& MAINTENANCE
Service and maintenance are essential for any large-scale HVAC project. These projects are complex and typically involve multiple systems and components, making it crucial to have a comprehensive service and maintenance plan in place.
We offer:
- Service & Repair – Inspecting the system for any potential issues, such as leaks, worn-out components, or faulty wiring
- Preventive Maintenance Plan – Ensuring efficient operation of the equipment. This plan includes cleaning, filter changes, lubrication of moving parts and calibration of controls
- Operations Maintenance – A comprehensive contract where our technicians are present at the site daily to ensure zero downtime
- Commissioning & Start-up – Ensuring that all the components of a newly installed AC system are installed correctly and safe to start-up
- Genuine Part Sales – Committed to using and supplying genuine spare parts for all the air-conditioning systems we offer
We have a dedicated team of 130 technicians available for all types of HVAC related emergencies. Our technicians have an average of 15 years of experience in the air-conditioning industry.
DUCT
FABRICATION
Our in-house duct fabrication workshop produces custom ductwork for projects we execute. This eventually leads to time and money savings for our clients. Having an in-house duct fabrication workshop also allows us to have greater control over the production process and ensures that the materials used in the ductwork meet our quality standards.
Historically, this level of control has led to faster project completion times and increased customer satisfaction.
Our duct workshop is also capable of carrying out custom ductwork designs for projects with unique spaces or restrictions, hence providing a more efficient airflow, which eventually leads to better indoor air quality and energy savings for the client.
